Dr Bajel is a Haematology Consultant and Bone Marrow Transplant Physician at Royal Melbourne Hospital. He has broad ranging expertise across the field of benign and malignant haematology, with a special interest in lymphoma, myeloma, myelodysplastic / myeloproliferative disorders, clotting/bleeding disorders, iron disorders and FBE abnormalities.

Dr Bajel trained in laboratory and clinical haematology at Monash Medical Centre, St Vincent’s Hospital, Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre and Royal Melbourne Hospital and obtained fellowships from the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (FRACP) and Pathologists (FRCPA). As a member of Haematology Society of Australia & New Zealand, American Society of Haematology, Australasian Leukaemia & Lymphoma Group and American Society of Blood and Marrow Transplantation, Dr Bajel is committed to achieving the best outcomes for his patients.
